Harvest Sangria

INGREDIENTS

2 apples, thinly sliced
1 pint figs, sliced
2 limes, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
1 750 ml bottle Woodbridge Pinot Noir
2 cups fresh apple cider
1/2 cup bourbon
2 cups sparkling water
Optional Garnish: rosemary and lime slices
DIRECTIONS

  1. Place sliced fruit and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Pour in wine, cider and bourbon; stir to mix.
  2. Refrigerate mixture for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Mix in the sparkling water and serve over ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lime slice; enjoy
