2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
1 large strawberry, sliced
2 ounces Woodbridge Chardonnay
0.5 ounce cranberry juice
2 ounces Cook's Champagne
1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger, strawberries, and blueberries.
2. Add the Woodbridge Chardonnay and cranberry juice and shake to combine.
3. Pour everything into a stemless wine glass filled with ice and top off with Cook’s Champagne.
