1 large lemon
¼ cup granulated white sugar
2 large strawberries, sliced
⅓ cup Woodbridge® Sparkling Infusions Sweet Peach
2 tablespoons club soda
1. Use a microplane to grate 1 teaspoon of lemon zest into a small bowl. Add the sugar and use your fingers to pinch the zest into the sugar.
2. Add the strawberries to a cocktail shaker (a large jar works!) and use a muddler (or the back of a wooden spoon) to smash the strawberries. Add the Woodbridge Sweet Peach, club soda, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a large handful of ice and shake gently to combine.
3. Use the spent lemon half to wet the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it into the lemon sugar to coat the rim. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then strain the cocktail over top and enjoy immediately.
