DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, oils, ginger, and garlic.
2. Toss together to marinate for at least 30 minutes but up to 12 hours.
3. Cook the hotdog and warm the bun.
4. Add your desired amount of slaw, sriracha, and jalapeños.
5. Enjoy paired with Woodbridge® Chardonnay.
