1 cup blackberries
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Woodbridge Fruitful Blends Blueberry Blackberry
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
- Heat balsamic vinegar and Fruitful Blends wine at high heat and reduce the liquid until left with about ¼ cup (half the liquid). Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Meanwhile, add blackberries, olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic and salt to blender. Once the balsamic-wine mixture has been reduced, pour it into blender as well. Blend until well combined.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
